I live in Maine with my husband, Kyle, and our two dogs, Max and Miles. Outside of coaching, I spend a lot of time at the gym and usually have some sort of house project going that I convinced myself would be easy.

I was born with Cerebral Palsy, so I’ve spent my life navigating a body that doesn’t always cooperate. For a long time, I focused more on my limitations than what I was capable of.

Finding CrossFit almost a decade ago changed a lot of that. The gym taught me how to problem solve, adapt, fail, try again, and get comfortable with progress looking different than I thought it would.

My education through Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization (FNMS) has taught me a lot about how the body works. My own life has taught me that there’s rarely just one way forward, and sometimes the answer is learning to ask better questions, adapt, and find what works for you.

I feel pretty lucky that I now get to help other people do the same.
